Black Minds Matter movement kicks off in Jacksonville

"JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Across the U.S., historically black colleges over the years have seen a decline in enrollment and many are struggling financially.

 

Edward Waters College in Jacksonville has faced similar hardships. In an effort to help turn things around and promote education, a nationwide movement kicked off Friday. It's called Black Minds Matter."
